Customize the Windows 10 Taskbar

Open an admin Powershell window and run the command Export-StartLayout –path C:-LayoutModification.xml this will make a new LayoutModification.

Unfortunately, there's no way to directly export your taskbar config to an xml file. The closest you can get is exporting your start layout.
